At the time of writing, this building is called Arnos Manor Hotel. This picture by N G Mason, shows two clearly distinct phases of construction at Arno's Court while was it was still a private house (e.g. some time before 1851 when it became a Roman Catholic convent). The artist was looking to the west, and the tree-lined track in the foreground is most likely to be the Bath Road (A4).
