This Ordnance Survey map shows Brislington as it was some time before 1937. Ordnance survey maps can be a bit confusing because they didn't update everything all at once, for example this map shows boundary changes up until 1939 (which doesn't affect Brislington as the last remaining part of the Somerset village was absorbed into the city of Bristol in 1933).

This is from map 111 "Bristol & Bath" in the 5th Edition (contour) of Ordnance Survey maps, at the scale of one inch to the mile (1:63360).
