Four of these terraced houses beside what is now the A4 Bath Road, are at risk of losing the light to their windows due to the creeping plants that are spreading over them.

The photograph is believed to have been taken by Fred Viner, and the postcard published by Viner & Co., Publishers. Bath. The front carries the title "Brislington, Bristol." and the reference number "137". See our notes for more information about this photographer and postcard publisher, and their work in Brislington. Earliest known picture: 14 Aug 1916.
